His remarkable journey features a pivotal role when he was recruited to assemble a specialized team tasked with researching, analyzing, and investigating the multi-agency Emergency Responses to Canada’s worst homicide with the Mass Casualty Commission commissioned by the Privy Council of Canada and the Government of Nova Scotia in response to one of Canada's most tragic homicide incidents.
Scott's extensive expertise extends to specialized investigation, emergency management, corporate security audits, and event management consulting. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge through extensive training in police, military, intelligence, and national security sciences.
Beyond his exceptional career, Scott continues to shape strategies and advocate for safety and security as the Officer and Director at the NATO Association of Canada, strengthening partnerships with member states and ensuring a brighter and more secure future.

He has significant experience collaborating and managing large scale events, including but not limited to NBA, NHL, MLB, Invictus Games, Toronto Caribbean Festival and New Year's Eve celebrations having deep expertise in the areas of Contingency Planning, Emergency Response and Crisis Management.

A long history of massively improving the bottom line by reducing the DSO and designing effective credit policies specifically tailored to ensure compliance with all trade/credit regulations specific to industry requirements.
She has a proven record for investigating and approving terms and limits that include resolving disputes by tracking down quantity, pricing or term adjustments.
